Ok, weird...since a windows update last nite, when I either right click open in new window, or click on a link that would open in a new window, it closes. So, I click the link, u see the window appear for about a split second, then its gone... any ideas?? oh, and it doesnt do it in firefox never mind, installed IE7 RC1 works again

Cheers @evilkorn Yep, Object Dock Plus I deceided to use the hidden tabs as im the kinda guy who gets really annoyed when ia ccidently click a shortcut on my taskbar/desktop and it open a program wanted my shortcuts hidden, but avalible, hehe

Try a complete uninstall of BF2, delete the folder as well. Resinstall with FULL 1.4 patch? erm, Graphics drivers? install DX9? If fails, try installing on ur Main Drive?

Couldn't find if this has already been posted...so anyway... Why do people choose FireFox over IE? I don't want a big debate, as its pointless, just wanna hear why people go with FF instead of IE. And dont say "cause its not M$" thats a BS answer I personally use both, as I use both to test website compatibility etc. But I do use IE for personal and general browsing, just because I always have, and I find FF heavier (takes longer to load, more hard drive activity). Also, IE is there, more of a "Industry standard". Also, IE 7 is gonna rock with all its cool new features, and still doesnt take longer to load than IE6! With security, both have security flaws, so that dont bother me to an extent.

This might not be it, but right click the shortcut and go properties. Yu will see a drop down box of how the program will run... again, this may not be the case.

I got the Audigy 2 Platinum EX with Creative 6700 6.1 speakers.

I have the 6700 6.1 system, and it rocks! EAX is very good in games, i love it

My dad use to use a program called ONSPEED. When we had dial up. All this program did was lower the quality of images etc, not good if you like browsing DeviantArt etc. Yes, it did speed it up, but you did loose out in some ways.

Firstly... Persoanlly, if I had the money id go for the: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro I love creative Augidy cards, very nice! Secondly...Is it just a sound card you want? Or a recomendation for a video card as well? Cause you wont get a good video image from the Audigy

Cons: Drives are returned more to the stores (RMA) and have issues with nVidia chipsets. Pros: Maxtor reply the emails fast and they swap drives (RMA) with much problems in a short time. Both very true! Get a New drive, WD in my choice. RMA (if you can) your broke drive, and then sell it on ebay once replaced But thats me
