  1. http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showto...ndpost&p=140259 Glad to see it caught on!
  2. Now that Hanukah is over, and Christmas is just around the corner, I wanted to take a moment to wish you all the best of holidays. I will be spending the next couple weeks under the sun in warmer climats, nine time zones away. I won't have much Internet access, but I will be checking in from time to time. For those wondering, I have recently embarked on a new project that has been consuming all my time, so I have been less available here on the forum. I do think my schedule will lighten up in a few weeks, and I will then be able to release the next version, update the Hotfix Lists, add the latest SATA/RAID driver information, etc. Till then ... Happy Holidays!
  3. Actually, I have a newer version, but no time to for the Help Desk work that is associated with releasing it. I honestly hope, for my sake, that free time is more abundnant after the Holidays!
  4. Right on top again, Bilou! I'll try to test these out ASAP, but that may take a while ...
  5. In general, blue and white hotfixes go in SVC-HF!, the others go into SVC-HF2. Try and see!
  6. Right ... the wiretapped XPCREATE server has gone south. I will be looking into a solution next month. Til then, you will need to manually download the hotfixes, or create your own list and host it on your own servers.
  7. Wow, was that the OrangeMachine? Good to see you around, Wraith! Like I said ... when I get back around to the SATA Drivers, I will be collecting a list of the newer drivers.
  8. Ahah! Now I understand which HIDEs we were talking about ... I suppose Vel Straty file answers your question.
  9. I've put adding new drivers on hold for the moment, but thanks all for your contributions.
  10. Hmmm ... Strange one to me. I would tend to blame the drivers ...
  11. I'll look into that one when I get a chance top go over the Hotfix Lists posted on the Web Site. THanks!
  12. Welcome to MSFN, ehaworth! homiebrah is on the money: you should rename the offending files to avoid this problem. It has already been flagged, and fixed, in the next version ...
  13. Thanks for that, Bilou. I had a quick look, and did not quite understand how to use it to simply download the fixes. Thanks again!
  14. No idea where that would go, but I doubt that XPCREATE can handle it as a normal hotfix. I'd look in the Application Switches Forum.
  15. I'd say that's pretty accurate, Drewdatrip. In short, kimandsally, I don't feel slighted, nor do I expect more than I've got. As for respect ... I'm like RyanVM and Pedro ... how many 0s are there in that respect? (Those would be 0s, as in Zeros!) Until The Mets come knocking at my door, I'll just hang out under the Mango Trees feeling good about myself!
  16. Thanks for filling in, BG. Sorry, johnny44, I'm at a loss as to your problem. Have you had any success, or is this still an issue?
  17. @PhillTheChill: I know my version works there, and I suspect Nilfred's does as well, but I've not tested it.
  18. I'm not quite sure what you are talking about, shortie. You will need to be a bit more explicit, and perhaps attach your LOGFILOES.CAB.
  19. Welcome to MSFN, ViniciusFerrao! In answer to your question, XPCREATE does not download the updates automatically due to lack of time on my part. No time for creating, updating, maintaining, etc. However, you can create your own list and host it somewhere, and XPCREATE will download. There are a few other threads in this forum that explain how to do this. Good Luck!
  20. Hmmm ... I can't remember off hand. But as said above, the XPCREATE Web Site DOES have the latest version.
  21. Thanks for helping out, MCT and Mekrel. And ... Welcome to MSFN, Alexia!
  22. As you may have since noticed ... the official download is working again ...
