I never had a proplem at Tiger I get my Stuff very fast usually takes about 3 days.

AVG is better then McAfee I would go with AVG but i have Norton antivir 2005 pro. AVG is the choice.

Sounds like an HTML formatted email. Go to Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Make sure "Disable Script Debugging" is ticked (there are two) and clear the box that says "Display a notification about every script error" or something like that. That should help you.
