do you have your AGP drivers installed? Should be a listing for Something like SiS Accellerated Graphics Port or what not depending upon your Chipset.

the drivers will install and function (limited) without issues if you do not have your chipset drivers installed. I have my install CD point to the SiS folder first and then the ATI folder

before you go through all of that, try enabling windows image aquisition service. it is disabled by default

yes it works without issues rage3d tweak has limited functionality overlcocker and custom display modes work but not the d3d or ogl tweaks

I have a similar problem I want to run programs with admin rights without having to enter in the password everytime or using run as.
