Interesting discussion, here. This project sounds very similar to mine (GNUWin) and to JackHammer, so I suggest you to keep an eye on them too. GNUWin idea is hosted @ Windows Projects Community, but you need to be registered and logged to access it (unfortunally), so here's a quote: I still hope to see some kind of collaboration between our projects in the future...
