Uhm... this IS a 'Other Operating Systems' category! You should use Fedora and set it up as a server, graphical interface for installation for new linux users. just choose server when you install it

I still think 8 GBs is a waste regardless of what the user does on his home PC. i do too, when in the world will you ever need 8GB worth of apps open? Its just a waste of money I'll hold you to that one!
