Because of the fact that somebody wants those icons to appear in windows 95/98... It would be good to see something like that, although I don't think windows 95/98 has support for 32-bit alpha icons...

You can probably setup an IF STATE check in your batch script so it looks for drive letters that have already been taken, and then takes the one thats not... I'm not very good with writing batch files though ^_^

MP3tag should do the trick or you could give winLAME a go

Why take other peoples opinions? Your desktop appearance will differ from another persons desktop! Just mix and match, it might take a while, but once you have found a good one, it will most likely be unique

You can't import a PST file into Outlook Express... Outlook Express specifically uses DBX files and theoretically can't be imported... There might be a way however of which I don't know. You'll have to install Outlook and add the PST file as a seperate data file. Thats the only way I have found to do it... Or you could import it into Outlook, but yeah.

You can possibly do this with a modded PCI board that has volatile memory chips on it and flash the OS on there... Or you could try a CF to IDE and plug it into a spare slot? Ideas ideas... just ideas
