Inspite of the shortcomings , Decided to see how it works. Here are a few points i want to make - 1 . Please get a proper and a user friendly installer. This one quickly installs itself to the root dirve on the system . Allow the user to Choose where to install , Wether to star installint , etc. This one looks unproffesional actually. 2 . Said it before , will say again " A little bit pleasing GUI and a lil more 3d look". I am a complete No - No in the graphix. Since you asked for feedback , Trying to help you improve it. GUI needs a complete overhaul in my opinion. 3 . Although i knew that only pre-created folders can be selected , i purposely entered a new address in the output location. Promptly , on starting the process , it used to revert back to the Main screen and the the log below the option buttons gets over lapped with the button preventing me from seeing where the problem was. All that was visible to me was a " * ". So maybe you could divid the Main screen in 2 parts , The user input section and the output where each step is shown or logged. 4 . If not let the user customize , inform him of the happenings. It starts downloading the WinNt.sif and follows it with the downloading of the OEM.7z which it says is the while which allows you to customize. I have a 64 KBps connection. Took one hour to download near about 22 MB. But i had no info on how much will be downloaded more or what is it downloading. Before going on to the next step , would be reccomended you inform the user . Another intresting feature would be , after downloading one file , inform the user of the next and ask him wether he wants to proceed over to the next download or wants to stop at the current step. Because after downloading 22 MB , i quit it thinking that you can resum next time. The next time i started the app. , my original entries on the main page were there. So i just selected the Start making the DVD option. It said Winnt.sif is present , but found an error in the incomplete OEM.7z file. Will Try to suggest more improvements later. I really want to use this app , The idea is revolutionalising. Carrry on your great work

Can the GUI be changed. This shade of yellow colour is not that pleasing.Also a little 3d effect? One thing stopping me from trying it is the limitability of drive selection and formatting. I have a 80 GB sata hard disc. I have a 10 GB partition for the system , One partion for the games. The other partitions i have my songs , movies , all the setups and imp stuff. Now , the only drives i like to format are the system and the game drive because i always do a clean install. the rest of the drives i leave them as they are. Now as much as i have read , Sysangel does not have such a feature? [ Please tell me i am wrong]. It will partition my drive in 2 sections. This would be one flexibility which would be very nice. So if the user is allowed to customize more of the stuff , we would love it.A great concept. Hope it flourishes well.

I agree with you. I just picked up that point regarding MS betas section on the Main Page. In the forums we can discuss all these betas. Neways not a topic to be fighting on. Just proposed an idea.

Would not want to cross anyone of you. But IE betas are only for testers and not the Public. So maybe we should wait for the public beta release?

If you are not a technical expert.......... Want to view nearly every page without problem........... Dont care about virus and spyware...... IE is built for you!!!!!!!!

I cant!!!!! never seen my browsers displaying an error while displaying a page. just think that the problem may be on my end. Coz the speed at which it says cannot find server is really quick!!!!

32 bit can be testified even by me. None other came under my scanner.

If you did select winrar theme , then go to themes under the option menu. You shall have a new theme.

well i never look at the cookies . May be my knowledge about them is less , but they never trouble me or hog the limelite!!! So just anyone one of you highlight the points why cookies control is a big talk? well firefox without any extentions does not stand up to opera ....... with extentions makes it very tough for anything else to stand * RAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM happy and content with opera. got one of the best password remembering functionality.

Well i would rather have to say the contrary. Using Diskeeper Pro Pre 10 on Win 32 at a resolution of 1024 x 768. enabled IFAAST on all the drives complimented with primary as well as a secondary schedule. All of them running all day. From the time i have set it , have not had to look once at the fragmentation problems. Whenevr i try to manually defragment , there are no fragments. Now my analysis of what must be happening. My comp has not got more than about 10 files exceeding 500 MB and they all have been defragmented so it does not touch them ever. I have a GB of ram ( if nearly everyone now a days does not ) . So the work which goes on in background does not get affect me ever. Also , keeping the schedule running all day does not give strain to the computer at that one moment when it defragments weekly. Instead , daily the small number of files are arranged and so the strain is less. Performance has gone up . Works a charm for me !!!!!

That extention does work !!! i have used it before . Opens the page inside the firefox window in a new tab , but using IE's core. The only downside is the memory eating!!!! really mamoth , as if firefox itself did not eat up too much. So i prefer opera for normal surfing and IE for the special requirements!!!!!!

DK Pro Pre 10 works a charm. Got the i -FAAST running along with a primary as well as a secondary schedule running all day along with I/O Pause. got to admit , i do not have to even bother about fragmentation!!! works in the background and does not use up that much CPU as reported by some of you. Well i have a GB of RAM , maybe thats why works smoothly? But does my work so gets my reccomendation!!!!

well even i have faced this quite often. the server does not reply to the query and after a stipulated time the browers displayes the timp out message!!!

hi guyz , if you people want to remove the my sharing flders from my computer , just unregister this dll present in the messenger folder . fsshext.dll have this command in the run box regsvr32 -u xxx where xxx is the location of that file

hey jcarle , first of all congrats on such a brilliant idea and a nice simple app. i have not downloaded anything yet because it has got only 34 update. i would just like to suggest something before you start upgrading the features. the Hotfixes present in thie thread are far more than what you have got in this application. so how about adding all those links as well before the features are added? this way atleast we shall be able to download everything right now

Even the coding has not yet been complete. it would be useless to make any presumption based on these builds. let us wait for the final release then we can discuss on it exitedly.LOL

hm , i think it has been like this previously , but just felt that Nlite shoud be posted in the softwares page instead of Frontpage . Shouldnt it? It is also a software , so that would be more appropriate!!
