Guyz was exited when last time patched my i386 . No more bad resources.But with progress of time , bugs were found in xpize and new version released. when i tried to install it i realised now i cannot revert back to windows basic. So i thought of a solution to this problem. we can give the user an option. He an pacth i386 and lose the chances to revert back to basic windows. if he does not want this , he can choose to run xpize using the svcpack method . so this way xpize will run after window is set up and he shall have the uninstall files and option to revert back to basic.Also he can be allowed to choose the switches he wants. SO BASIC IDEA IS OPTION TO PATCH I386 OR RUN THE PROGRAMME AFTER SETUP

Man. Xpero how come a salt shacker comes into the scene. Cant it be left out. i Also wish we do away with the golden colour and the Jazzy colours. How about a simple blue screen White colour XP and silver coloured IZE. We can have a little glow in the blue background and sparklish silver colour. Can anyone Make something on these lines.?

So many mods , no one is up for this. It would be better to hit the bulls eye when everyone is looking at itt!!!!!

i have no sense as far as graphics go. But those few jazzed stars with golden XP does not look Xpizish to me. Please do no consider my coments even if they are senseless. But maybe something which hs XP and a good looking windows xp logo aur mayb silver and some other cooler colors would be better? BTW what is with that cylindrical object in the logo. Never understood it!!

f**ked up my PC aswell. On first reboot reported that uxtheme.dll probelm and restarted. after that nothing workd. no safe mode no repairs Cheking with Recovery console showed that uxtheme.dll was missinf. The prievir does not show anything.

i just said that we are MS discussion forum . Others can go in Software section. I dont think seperate forum should be there for Others cos Programmes.

Check the Name of the Forum . Microsoft Software forum network. All others i think must go to software hangout instead of new forums.

I had the same problem. i think this happens because explorer does not save its settings before exiting. Did you use nlite? and selected the tweak i thnk it was smthng like quicken explorer or something like that? i have not got the perfect remedy for it. you can try one tweak in this programme . it is in windows xp names freeze the explorer view. registry Tweaker if this does not work , i can tell you that the problem is explorer not saving the settings. maybe you can find a remedy for that.

even i feel that we can do away with it. I think 90% or even more than that cmds use comes in automated scripts and processes. so better we leave it out.

User account name is UUHM I am the computer administrator. there are 2 more computer administrator but my Documents and settings folder is private . ie no one can access it. Now today when i looged in [ it is password protected]. I logged in as if i have logged in a new account. Did not log in using my previous settings . A new folder was created in documents and settings. had the name of my account with the name of the cmputer in this case UUHM.KHAZANA Please help me how to revert back to normal. Want to log in using the old settings and account.

Gosh its so wonderful that it came to notice the first time itself. Even last time i had the lite pack and i saw the office icons in that. How come? may be i would have made a mistake. Lol does not matter then. i use only 32x32. But when can i expect the frontpage icon then? are you going to get it in Xpize even the lite pack. A nice release. Liked the Xpize menu. May be you could rename the Xpize settings to Xpize tweaker. Tweaker seems to be more the better name. Also the nice upgradement of the reloader is welcome. Great work Xpero! Now you can have a nice christmas and new year break and we can return with the final release.

First things first. Man you do not cease to surprise . Nice release. Do not know if it was there before or i noticed it the first time , but liked the usual final or finish button being named Xpize And i do not know what happened i failed in looking for it or skipped it , But no office 2003 files being updated. I think i saw it in 4.2 beta 1. But cool stuff. Thanks.

Mods i found no place on this forum to discuss the new age "Betas" from Microsoft. Being a community of Microsoft discussion , I think we need a forum specially to discuss , comment and review the beta which keep rolling every week or two.

How about including the donors names on the site or in the setup as a special thanks to ......... everyones name. i do not think giving the build away early would be that good. for one it would delay the release too much. we release beta for testing and then after getting the bugs , it takes 10 15 days , the new version is shipped. here there would be another wait of 10 15 days for everynone.

You must have updated windows and not run reloader later. keep it in mind to reload after every update.

well never even heard or thought of it , but hey getting 2 themes working together cool. maybe try to uninstall xpize and install a fresh. did you make any customizations on your own anywhee?

If i am not wrong it was a RC release , the new version shall be common for all like always. We shall have to include support so maybe from now only!!

I think you have got something wrong. The favorites ya they look as you have shown in the screenshot. The certificate , have a look at this. The transfer , It has got new avis. And the last one , ya even on my comp it looks the same . We could do with an update for that. You can either try reloading Xpize or try to reinstall. There is some error because 2 of the pics you showed have been addressed already. Please, dont quote big images

XPize is for XP , I dont think such an app would be needed for the final vista and no , no one is gonna make an xpize for vista so soon. All i wanted to know was which are those resources which have been picked up from previous versions. And we could do with some screenshots of them.

like we have old icons taken frm versions before xp , anything like that in vista.
