  1. I use an excel file to save all of my passwords but this site is an exception because I don't have too much interest on it. can you tell me if the original chrome 360EE features the button to unveil the passwords or was it removed from the modified versions for whatever reason else.
  2. that's pretty cool sir. the new thread doesn't seem to be necessary though you could have just shared your loader.ini file so I can see if it's a mistake on my part I prefer the googled version but don't know about others... @Dave-H https://msfn.org/board/topic/182876-360-extreme-explorer-modified-version/page/119/#comment-1240507 now we'll have 3 different options to choose from (google, ungoogled and webGL enabled ) all this said I mostly only use your rebuild 7 I have not yet deleted the rebuild 3 because I 'm unable to retrieve the saved password of another forum unlike the original chrome which has a button to show off the hidden passwords.
  3. still unable to get it working.... the 1st map doesn't display webGL requirements. https://www.360cities.net/image/mars-gigapixel-panorama-curiosity-solar-day-2600?fbclid=IwAR1ELmPARSQREBBBJGMwjvMsUfpDcfWRIvn70XreSVYpr1HtgTHJXssywpg
  4. OK. I deleted the 360chrome key and another key called 360se6 (not sure where it came out though) problem still remains but I found out the issue I was using the 360 loader file (1814KB) from the application folder and not the main 360 loader (500KB) this is odd because with XP I use the same loader and there's no issue with it whatsoever

  6. I didn't find the official link hence I posted an alternate link from a reliable source as for the the forum rule.... pfffff no comments.
  7. there's not one, there are multiple patches and beyond 4GB they all are unstable. the patch with best positive feedback was made up by @daniel_k anyway with the chrome360 rebuild 7 @NotHereToPlayGames this patch seems to be no longer necessary this patch is also the cause of some unexpected BSOD which is one of the main issues with the buggy Mypal68 @AstroSkipper
  8. you can't get past 3.25 GB with any 32-bit windows without patching the system
  9. of course it is. there's no other chrome fork in this partition. I have deleted and unzipped your browser multiple times
  10. did you install the standalone extractor ? https://panda-free-antivirus.en.lo4d.com/download I got the same error window but just taped on the download button while network is off and the installation ended up flowlessly
  11. if you are concerned about safety you should uninstall your china made AV - 360 Total Security this will also free up some RAM and reduce CPU usage.
  12. there's is nothing safe in the computing world but it should be quite a bit safer than the unmodified browser. I don't know if @NotHereToPlayGames has other browser projects in the works....
  13. this is a clean partition with W7 x64 and a handful of basic utilities. there's no anti virus and I didn't mess with W7 default settings now I can't get either of them to work, I deleted the browser folder and unzipped it again but the issue is not gone.
  14. the rebuild 3 works fine however the rebuild 7 doesn't. I used two different partitions to ensure there was not something underground preventing the browser from working
  15. you can't do much with 1GB of RAM these days and your snapshot is proof of it, with barely 2 open tabs you ran out of memory. try this browser instead https://www.dropbox.com/s/90of6ljan32ivm6/360ChromePortable_13.5.1030_rebuild_7_regular.zip?dl=1
  16. the rebuild 7 is awesome in comparison to the older versions https://www.carthagosoft.net/MemInfo.php

  18. it's not a true AV with background processes that you can't take away, it's in fact a portable scanner.
  19. unlike Hitman Pro for example, this scanner doesn't require internet connection so turn off your network and it's done.
  20. I thought this was a decent secondary scanner whenever the primary one is unable to find every trojan bit but I won't download it anymore. I have recently checked this russian scanner out with Virus Total which reported some trojans built-in, I felt some signs of infected computer but it seems ok now. https://free.drweb.com/cureit/?lng=en
  21. I installed the chinese AV (WiseVector StopX) last summer when major geeks overviewed it but I just don't feel confident whit this kind of chinese stuff that runs unknown processes on startup despite being able to disable them
  22. I'm planning to build a last rig for XP (4th gen intel) but I 'm not sure it's worthwhile to go that route. I first need to try all of my software utilities (hundreds) with a lightweight W11 to see what they look like, that's a deal breaker to me coz I can't stand these icon's plain colorway I neither updated some programs to the last version for the same reason because they look awuful to my eyes
