all i did was installed the vista extended kernel with the version 18 version of avast and checked for updates and it said it had one so i letit update and now the virus definitions page says its at ver 3/3/2021 i dont know how

The flashdrive tool I used rufus says the xp 64 bit iso i downloaded is in a format it cant do how can i fix this?

I switched to windows 10 and i plan to duel boot windows xp 64 bit so any help is still be appriciated

i guess i will stick with the x86 version because dell decided to not make driver for 64 bit xp for my laptop

is it worth it to use xp 64bit edition over x86bit xp?

this is the download to a .bat file that removes all the telemetry and get windows 10 updates from 7/8/8.1 and all credit goes to xvitaly on github and here is the link to the original project page on github https://gist.github.com/xvitaly telemetry Fix.bat
