what i did was installed the latest version of windows update agent i also installed Sp1 with the update volume z suggested kb3138612.

i tested the exe version of sp1 and it worked! also windows update is running now!

im trying the exe version of sp1 now to see i that works

my computer shows that sp1 is installed but when i try to install sp1 it says its already installed on my computer but its not i dont know what to do

i downloaded the 64 bit version of sp1 for windows 7 and it still says its not applicable how can i fix this?

It says the update is not applicable with my computer what do i do now?

i cant get windows update to run any more i think it got shut down like what happened with windows xp & vista

i have now moved to windows 8.1 and i plan to stay on It
