  1. i can do what he does in that video with mine (an MX1000), mine can handle riding about a centimeter above the serface with no problem, and trully if you do that sort of stuff to the mouse while your gaming I don't think you should be blaming the mouse for any problems, even gamers that get really into the game only really lift the mouse above the serface to move the mouse to the other side of the mouse pad, truly the only problem with the mouse (and its universal with all logitech mice that use setpoint) is its horrible driver/software support
  2. cause then I would end up kicking it and I wouldn't be able to change the channel withoug getting under my desk [edited because I can't spell]
  3. It's coax, but with all the tuners i can find, to view any digital channels i have to have the cable box, which takes up a lot of space on my small desk
  4. In my room i want to use my comp as my TV, but i don't want to have the digital cable box on my desk to be able to watch Sci-Fi (which is about all i watch) so are there any digital decoder capable TV tuners?

  11. does anyone know of an extension for firefox that allows you to use two tabs side by side (see image)
  12. is there a way to strip features from windows media player 10? The main features i want to remove are "Sync", the music/radio/videa/music stores icons from the top, the default skins/visualization, and the default playlists. (a quick search for this mainly came up with removing media player frim the disk, and polls for what player was best)
  13. Those look like they should work, but you should double check to see if the mobo supports 90nm process, I know mine had to have the bios flashed by the store i got it from. One thing i would consider would be getting the OEM CPU, and spend $10-$15 more on a good heatsink/fan (though if staying close to the $800 mark is important, the stock ones aren't as horrible as they used to be)
  14. Do you have any other PSU's you could use to test it before you dish out the money to buy it only to find its another problem? Also does device manager show any problems?

  17. All the Opera users are saying its really easy to edit the UI, but i seem to be having trouble custamizing it, are there any decent guides on it, I have noticed some speed increases (which is always a plus), but until i can figure out the UI its hard for me to use (I guess old habits die hard) [Edit] Thanks for the help

  20. is there a .gos or .ghost (can't remember which it is), if there is your only hope is to do a fresh install, update and create a new image
  21. I don't think it would be custom maps on 64, but have you tried playing the custom maps you play in 32-bit windows (and does this happen on the official maps to)?
  22. I believe that the proccess is similar (if not the same) for any NT based setup (so no 98).
  23. When playing music is any of it streaming from online? Also, while playing WC3, try CTRL+ALT+DEL and look to see what is taking all the resources. Also, are you playing on custom maps, i found in some RTS games they can have issues with non-official maps not being optimized, or being to much for the engine to handle.
  24. I don't beleive that Office 97 had silent or admin installs built into it, the only thing i could think of that would work would be an Auto-It Script.
  25. Is it only during WC3, or does it happen during other games? Does it happen more often on higher graphic setting? (if thats the case check video drivers) Only on Online/Network, or both online and single player? (if only multiplayer then check network drivers) Are you drivers provided by default in windows or are they up to date from the manufacturer? When doesn't it happen? And is your windows up to date? AMD's list of X64 drivers is Here
