  1. Not to sound like an a**, but why do you post there is a problem with the DP when you include so much stuff? Try removing something and see if you still get the problem. If not you can rule one out. This would have brought you to the logical conclusion that there is a problem in RyanVM's pack. Going to Ryan's forum would have lead you to the above thread. This would help out both BTS, and Ryan. BTS shouldn't have to look for problems in Ryan's pack, and Ryan shouldn't have to look in BTS DP. Just some simple advice to save everyone some trouble. ← Laziness will be the death of this world
  2. But how do you know registry entries arent involved?
  3. All of them are done with AutoIT Scripts Which I believe are in the AutoIT Thread (which is a sticky in this forum)
  4. Hummmm I have WCIII and TFT and the Latest Patch on my current DVD. The size alone on this is 1.0GB Considering this are already compressed files (I think they are already compressed, which is what the installer does), I doubt you can do much to the size.
  5. This isnt programming though. An example of a ".reg" file is at the bottom of this page: http://unattended.msfn.org/intermediate/users.htm
  6. @NoLogic I sent you a PM regarding one of your scripts, but never got a reply. Can you help me?
  7. Sure - just read: http://unattended.msfn.org/
  8. I dont know how many times its been said, but im sick of saying it. Please READ the unattended guide, paying attention to the fact that it says you must have OEMPreinstall=Yes in your Winnt.sif
  9. Works fine on my backup PC..... All DPs including MassStorage. However, there were no SATA drives or RAID arrays, so im not sure if this applys to people that area getting errors.
  10. Im not going to go through everything, but how hard is it to realize this crap.... <execute display="Microsoft Office 2003" desc="Office 2003 Program"> <program>#XPLODE#\Office\Pro11.msi</program> <arguments>/QB</arguments> </execute> Its not gonna get more simple than that.....especially from me.
  11. FYI To those not aware.....new RyanVM pack :
  12. So funny how you all deny or condone Piracy, but when it comes to questions you jump up like your michael jordan in a basketball interview. Get real if you think your fooling anyone.
  13. The original Bit Torrent is a piece of crap. Dont waste your time. Use Shadows Client (AKA Bit Tornado) or Azureus. http://www.bittornado.com http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ (Requires Java Runtime Librarys to use) Both use the /S Switch.
  14. Yeah ummmm funny how you failed to mention that. That keyword could have helped.
  15. Dont feel too bad. Think about how RyanVM feels
  16. Im confused now too ! I thought the whole point of using M2 was so you didnt have the OemPNPDriversPath Limitations. Whats the advantage for M2, and M3?
  17. By Far the easiest solution - RyanVM's Switchless installer.....it doesnt even need a switch! - http://ryanvm.msfn.org
  18. Thats a poor exscuse. Anything from money orders, to checks, to paypal (which can use your checking account, or credit card) im sure are all gladly accepted.
  19. Try the Member contribution forums. You are most likely thinking of WPI or XPLode http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showforum=102 EDIT: ****, beat me to it
  20. Currently using XPLode - Very cusomizable UI - I like your menu style a bit better, but I dont like the whole 'standard' windows box theme. Thus my choice is XPLode. However, I may look into WIHU a bit later, as there are a few things I am annoyed with XPLODE (namely, the inability to do multiple executes for each item).
  21. Any chance of fitting these on your actual Windows DVD to install silently?
  22. Well - once this is a bit more stable, I would be more than happy to "donate" (I will refer to it as donating because I feel wraith deserve it for his hard work, and not the fact that it costs money) for a version when you can have multiple executes in one item.
  23. The Version doesnt madder. As long as its the same installer, it has the same switchs. You need to do some research on the different switchs and their relation to the installers. And please, take your own advice when criticizing someone trying to help a novice out.
  24. Apparently you didnt, because you missed this fat point in every single thread (there were 5 with "Washer" in the title)
