One of the things I DO like about Windows 8 is when MS went to the "Centered" text, which gives a much more symertical and balanced look to the top header, besides if We are going to do everything like Windows 7 then why use Windows 8 .. I'm interested in this as well. Would be nice to have that as an option. Like this? What theme are you using, exactly?

Thanks just saw that earlier, it coming off my slave drive..Also where in the registry is the First option "Use Direct 2D.."? Look in the .reg file using notepad to see which is the correct folder. You can edit the regfile to change the path, can be anything as long as it does not contain spaces.

You can use UxStyle Core which doesn't require system file changes, it is just a service loaded into memory at startup and is what I use. So the UxStyle does not change the .dll then like UltraUXThemePatcher?

Yep worked with direct connection and also with 2 laptops One HP with Amd proc and the other Toshiba with Intel and it booted right to desktop, (non activated but could have easily activated if I wanted to) With all drivers installed, just was trying to figure was this a MS Plan or goof?

Is it just my good luck or has anyone noticed that when you take a Windows 8 drive off of one computer and put it into another as the main boot drive that it will finalize setup and read drivers etc. then boot into Windows? I know whenever I tried to do this with Windows 7 I would always get the BSOD but so far not with Windows 8. This may have been posted before but could not find any documentation on this..

Do you use a autounattend.xml file? if so you can just set up distribution folder for all your silent apps then call it from the xml at the first logon command..

Have you got some favorite theme collections that you would like to share? Just to kick things off here is a Volcano theme pack I made from a Bing wallpaper that I think is pretty awesome.. Note: remove the .txt extension then make sure your Theme service is running then just double click to install.. Rinjani Volcano.themepack.txt

The link you provided is a Sugar and Spice themepack and not Apple..Don't know what all the fuss is about I just installed it on Windows 7 and Windows 8 and works just fine..If its a MS theme then you don't need a patch, just dbl click and it will auto install..
