Hi there... Just tried WinSetupFromUSB and noticed I can't use my BartPE, as there is no folder "programs" but "Programme" as I'm using a german Source. The GUI denies to add this source to the Stick because of the wrong named folder

First of all, this isn't PHP, it's HTML. Second, "active" should be defined in a CSS and probably just defines the appearance of the active menu item. For more help we need to know what generates this HTML, what script it is and so on.

It still could be the problem with multiprocessor systems using a different ntoskrnl, I guess. Try renaming your modified kernel.exe and changing your boot.ini to use that kernel.exe

VirtualDub can only handle AVI, that's right. For the size, try settings the compression (in the video menu), otherwise it will be uncompressed AVI, which is bigger, no doubt

Try using virtualdub. There is a plugin for it called 'logo' which inserts exactly what you want. Besides that, the more expensive programs, like Adobe Premiere or Ulead Mediastudio should be able to do it.

If I'm not mistaken, it's easly done with Photoshop and applied layerstyles, like bevel and shadow. I've no idea, which font it is though.
