Right click on drive/partition and then "format" or if you want to format your whole disk, run the windows xp bootable cd where you'll get option to create partitions or format a whole disk...

If I understood you correctly you should logon with local administrator account or account with administrator privilegies and remove it from domain... Then you can delete the profiles you don't need from C:\documents and settings\

In folder options check "show hidden files and folders" radio button.. You should see several hidden folders starting with the $ sign... Those folders contain uninstall information for the patches you've installed...

You can use remote desktop connection if I understood you correctly...

Maybe some component stayed in registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run or in windows startup folder... Check that, you shoud find the solution there...

what app are you trying to launch when this error occurs? If this problem is because of Asus driver and uninstall of the driver didn't help, try to run system restore..

Can you ping those two machines, is the IP configuration OK? Under folder options, view tab, clear the "use simple file sharing" box..

As this is a fresh installation of Windows, boot from XP CD and create partitions as you like and then reinstall Windows. I don't think that you be able to change system drive in any way

Have you tried to flash BIOS with the latest version from ASUS web site?
