Search for the latest drivers at Intel web site, if that doesn't help, your graphic card is probably malfunctioning...

I had the same problem and didn't solve it.. My explorer was crashing all the time.. I've reinstalled windows and now it's working without that error, but try one more thing, maybe it'll help you.. In folder options enable "launch folder windows in separate memory process"

Which graphic card do you have?

I'm almost sure that you have problems with your graphic card.. Graphic card is malfunctioning or you have wrong drivers for it...
