What are SPARC processors?

Ya, i just bought it, im probably gunna sit down sometime and watch it very soon!.

ive been looking at prices for each one of then bandwidth and connection levels. But for alot of them, you need to send in your address and other personal information which im not strong about giving out. What would the range of prices be for the following connections? Frac. T1 - ? Full T1 - ? T3 - ? OC-3 - ? OC-12 - ? OC- 48 ? Thanks again, Matrix

This could be in the wrong forum, if so please move. But my dad's business partner built my dad this PC in one of those small box cases running windows 2000 SP4. Now my dad/I will be using it doing any type of stuff, and it will randomly reboot. My first thought was, is there enough power? But if there wasnt enough power it would stay off. Or could this be a software problem? But since everything is in such a small space in that small box case, could it be over heating? Or could the CPU not be getting enough cooling? So, my friend has a wireless router in which he has a laptop with a built in wireless driver. And when hes online, it says that the signal strength is good. But for some reason, his AIM always signs off then right back on automatically. And ive reinstalll that. So the wireless is shutting down and coming right back on quickly? Do i need to upgrade the wireless router firmware? Thanks, Matrix

well he is currently sharing a T1 connection with the businees next door, but hes gunna get his own T1 connection in the next week or two. So thats why i was asking. Now would you prefer a NetGear? or a Cisco product?

Would it be better to use it as a router or have a seperate real NetGEAR hardware router?

For the Dual socket mobo, is it possible to have 2 different CPU's running at different speeds? Here an examples, could you run an Xeon 3.0ghz and a Xeon 2.0ghz?

My father has just started his own small business that consist of i believe 7-9 employees so far. But the business is increasing in size rapidly. Its becoming bigger and better aat a quick rate. My thought was, - Intel P4 2.8ghz. - 1GB(2x512) Memory - 2 x 100 SATA HDs. - Power Supply?Suggestions? - 2 x 120mm Fans. Plus CPU Fan Any suggestions?Should i add more memory?

www.davesite.com, i learned from there about 4-5 years ago. Very easy, with examples. Its also all about repetition. You need to doing HTML over and over to get it stuck in your memory. Once you have the HTML down, other coding languages are then easy to learn.

whats the difference from PIO and DMA?

Well i installed GoldenFTP Server, and it works, but only works locally. Remote computers are able to connect to the FTP but they are unable to transfer files on or off the server. In which my computer, on the same network can.

Have you tried Outpost Firewall?

Im setting up a server thats located on a machine in my house. And i set up FTP Software on the local machine. But it will only work with the local router IP (192.168.1.105), but i want to be able to access it remotely using the static IP. How would i go about doing this? Thanks, Matrix
