  1. now came story (well not "now", bit its a recent buzz) of Windows Blue which would kill win8 metro apps (lolz), and only support apps for itself and that this thing will be upgrade after 1 year passes that will include UI changes too so tell me how is worthable to even buy garbage of 8 when new upgrade comes in 1 year and will destroy all worth of "8" ?

  5. ah cool thanks to both btw Tripredacus, when i rearrange in list view columns or add new how to make explorer use it for all folders ? as i see opening new folder simply reverts it back to standard "list view" (no details, no new column, no arranged columns) ?

  7. I don't want to alarm you but on my country forum I asked question related to USB, how safe they are and 2 users complained to Kingston 16GB (both) told they gone dead after 3 months of work

  9. problem with linux is its not user friendly nor does it run games ment for windows I'm also annoyed by the size of it, 5 months ago I wanted to give Kubuntu a try that monster became bigger than Win7 installation, going over 5.5 GB on disk isn't linux supposed to be LIGHTWEIGHT ?
  10. I know in past it helped if user would disable/mute Line in option on mixer then the noise/hum would disappear but that was in past

    wusa.exe

    you need folder named en-US with wusa.exe.mui inside this new folder of yours (just copy it from system32) (so C:\test\en-US) then it will prompt you with switches

  18. whenever I have to recommend someone a movie (or music player) 1st rule is to use only 1 app 2nd rule is to use external codecs (shared by system with other apps, and not player alone) 3rd and final, player must not be garbage therefore for movies I highly recommend (k-lite codec pack, or any simmiliar that gives shared codecs) and media player classic home cinema (home cinema gives GPU acceleration for HD movies)
  19. hello don't know if its too much to ask but does anyone know to make .bat/.cmd script that would work under both xp and win7 that would silently uninstall IE (just like user can from control panel remove it) ?

  21. of this files do I need the huge one 3.5 of 233 MB or just 3.0 client and 3.5 client (considering net 2 is already installed) ? (this inside MSI)
  22. it is a visual setting but I think its the one under performance options within my computer settings think its "drop shadows under icons on desktop" that one used to fix that non-translucent problem also such problem arised when default (classic) desktop background was changed from light blue to custom which I guess this active desktop crap does, revert it back and see if it still happens
