Well, I did not want to create new topic and use this. I have 6 pages in WPI. When I come to 4,..6th page and click to see tooltip I am returned to 3d page. I deleted part of config.js to have only 3 pages - then it's OK. What script I should edit?

lip.exe is self executing 7z archive. It consists of: lip.7z and lip.cfg (I get them by utility 7zsplit.exe) There are in lip.7z - msistube.exe and LIPsetup.msi There is one of commandlines in lip.cfg: RunProgram="msistub.exe LIPSETUP.MSI /passive" You should search somewhere in APPLICATIONS INSTALLS in UNATTENDED WINDOWS DISCUSSION AND SUPPORT subforum. I can't remember what keywords are: may be - 7z, config.txt msistube.exe

Why do not use these sequence? 1) Use Siginet's RyanVM integrator to integrate RyanVM post SP2 updates and other program addons; 2) Use nLite to remove components you do not need and apply tweaks; 3) Apply BashratTheSneaky driver packs if you like.

This tweak doesn't work for me. There is no autologon.

BootScreen I have made bootscreen using TuneUp Utilities, have replaced original bootsreen files in sp2.cab with mine (ntoskrnl.exe, ntkrnlmp.exe, ntkrnlpa.exe, ntkrpamp.exe) and two files (ntoskrnl.ex_ and ntkrnlmp.ex_) in folder i386 in source Windows XP installation. After nLite process i was badly astonished, 2 files in SP2.cab and in i386 were replaced back (ntoskrnl.exe, ntkrnlmp.exe)! I saw this only after test installation. How was it done?

There is no difference what method you use. You cannot define LOCATION through Winnt.sif. You should export reg file from registry. I'm not so blind (Vadikan's posts #10;12). I repeated Vadikan's what should be imported into reg file, syntaxis including. As Vadikan speaks Russian, I wrote his nation - Russia. My location is Lithuania and my nation number is 141. Poland=191; Estonia=70 and so on. My question was where could be found list of Locations like for Time Zones, Languages (these also able to export from registry).

It's guide for Russian users; like the guide here, there are sections for beginers, intermediate and advanced users. Nothing very newer. They have some other utilities, but they have Russian interface and are useless for you. Russians have problems regarding correct view of non-unicode documents. For your interest I could translate names of the sections. Nor Russian nor English are native for me.

Nobody knows what Post Installer you have and cannot help. Many words but it's difficult to understand what is kind of post installer. Seems it is not WPI, neither BS Post Installer, neither WAIT. XPload? WIHU? Would be better - what name of the program folder? some files list.

Perhaps somebody have above problem. I put entries from config.js (WPI) into wait.ini (W.A.I.T) ... and used W.A.I.T. , its interface is like WPI, but W.A.I.T. more simply. I answer myself to my question: WPI needs mshta.exe

I have stripped Windows XP that does not support hypertext, so I cannot use WPI. I brought entries from config.js and put into wait.ini, edited wait.ini customizing to my requirements, remade wait.exe with Resource Hacker to get my native interface, used .bmp as background. And I have working WAIT like WPI!

I am trying WPI in stripped Windows version, but WPI does not work. What files I need (in system32 I suppose)?
