If you have a smartphone, setup a gmail acct. You can use it to setup the exchange server on your phone and anytime you edit anything in the calendar, it syncs automatically with the other. Add it while gone from the pc using your phone and it syncs the moment you save it. I used to use Outlook's calendar like it was perfect. This PC/Phone sync is a whole new level.

Try enabling the view of hidden and system files under folder options.

I had normal stuff open like outlook, firefox, mobile device center, astra, malwarebytes, desktopweather, and a couple windows explorer windows open. The ? That was because it appears to me that Windows 7 left 54mb for some odd reason. I don't care, use it all.

Try a Vista driver for the network card, even if unsigned. I did that and haven't dropped my signal in forever.

I have the same card in this pc, except it was made by a different company. Its plenty of card but its BIG, lol.

19 C for a motherboard is near impossible. A cpu however is a different story.

I left it under load all night and just closed it down. Max reached at over 9 hours was 64C. EDIT: Thanks for the nice comments. The motherboard seems to have dropped to 34-35 instead of 39-40 the last two days. Its actually been hotter here both days. Maybe I just needed to break them in. EDIT 2: 374 FSB to pump out 3.366

I'll leave Real Temp running and see what it says in the morning. (high reached) I have it OC'd to 3.37 but under 100% constant stress for over 20 min I am reading @ 60C and holding. That alone tells me I could easily go higher, but I am extremely satisfied at this speed.

Installed all my drivers for me during the OS install and first windows update. No printer cd, etc. That alone makes it a winner. Install your OS, then your apps. Drivers are a thing of the past for most hardware. I'll have it soon after RTM, if not the day.

If you have the docs/music/etc moved to another drive location, it will back that up in the image also. I kinda like that part, but the other OS mandatory? Thats pushing it.

Same one I had the old P4 inside. I cleaned it after I removed the old hardware, minus the psu. I have fans in there. Its obviously a misread by the Asus Probe II.

Asus Probe II is reporting my cpu is 113C, but Everest says 26C and the BIOS says 30C.

Geforce runs at 39-41 on idle. I have seen it in the high 50's so far.

After many reboots and settings. It appears asinine to overclock the 9650 and the ram. I can't get any noticeable difference in usage. Only the scores change. I'm happy with stock speeds and no loss in performance.

LOL, I just mean is it better to have it run at higher like 800-1200 or with lower clocks like 5-5-5-18? I'm new to all of this and just wondering. I want the 3.825 overclock which I am using. I understand benchmarks are not the best for finding out what works best. Basically I just wanted others to post if they noticed better results with higher speeds or lower clocks. I understand the bench is not comparable.

My P5Q PRO is running at 39-40 on just browsing and reading email. usually 35-40 on idle. My cpu is running at 28-32 idle. I am 100% sure its the Gefore 9800 GTX+, the + means extra heat I presume. I have a fan in the front and another in the back creating airflow but the mobo just runs at 39 mostly. It drops to 30-32 if I take the side off. I can add more fans if needed. I really want to know if this 40C all the time is bad. EDIT: Everest is reporting the temps. Asus Probe confirms.
