Should work fine after importing the above registry tweak... That's how it works.. If not the current user registry keys too to make sure it is not over-riding the local machine settings...

There is no must RTM date at the moment for either. It already got pushed back twice. Though at the moment the official word on Windows Vista SP1 RTM is first quarter of 2008. While Windows XP SP3 RTM is still slatted for the first half of 2008.

Windows XP SP3 Beta and Windows Vista SP1 Beta are both currently being tested by technical beta testers at http://connect.microsoft.com/ as well by TAP (Technology Adoption Program) members; among many others. I'm in both programs and if you want proof both programs are on going just ask Microsoft in the public news groups. That is if your a paranoid freak who does not believe main stream media or sites like neowin.net. Look around would you! Both are set to be released in Q1 2008.

I will update once SP1 is released if someone else does not before me. I'm not going to waste my time to keep the list updated when service pack 1 is already in beta and due out soon.

I've reported this bug to be fixed for windows xp sp3. Perhaps it will finally be fixed, dont hold your breath..
