  6. Yeah it's weird like that, system properties show 2046MB but task manager shows 2045MB. msinfo32 shows 2,045.88MB... So system properties rounds up and task manger drops the decimal digits... Microsoft has always been very bad at being consistent, one of the biggest complaints for Windows Vista during the beta..

  16. I believe your asking if there are any issues disabling services using msconfig? In that case, none that I know of. Though I still recommend you just use services.msc as that is what it's made for and of course has way more options with working with services.
