  1. it was a secure source i downloaded from. those hashsome aren't useful for me as they are for the english version of the file while i use the german one.
  2. it doesnt display for me with the following values in winnt.sif [Data] AutoPartition=0 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes" [Unattended] UnattendMode=DefaultHide OemSkipEula=Yes OemPreinstall=Yes UnattendSwitch="Yes" but i have the problem that at the beginning of the GUI driven setup (T39) the first dialogue comes up where i have to press ok. this never happened before, although i always used "UnattendMode=DefaultHide". anyone an idea on that?
  3. it doesnt work with a restart in between neither. i tried it several times with a couple of different driver versions but the wdm drivers wont install. i installed catalyst display driver using OemPnPDriversPath and then tried to install wdm drivers during guirunonce using the installshield responsefile supplied with the package.
  4. and to make it perfect msiexec /x %systemroot%\system32\webfldrs.msi /qn
  5. can you apply urls for the things you listed? that would make things a bit easier
  6. i didnt remove system restore and have the same problem
  7. wdm drivers never install for me. even if a make a silent install using iss-file in GuiRunOnce. in addition to that i never managed to install a driver with a patched ati2mtag.sys which is, of course, not digitally signed. other drivers which arent signed install ok using DriverPolicy=Ignore in winnt.sif but the graphics driver wont for me.
  8. http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=8341 search for it ;-)
  9. Hey folks, currently my Unatt. XPCD doesn't work as it should because of any particular reason i have problems with framedyn.dll not to be copied over in setup. I used some of jdeboeck's remove-batches but the file is still linked in txtsetup.sif and dosnet.inf so there should be no problem. After the installation the file resides in the dllcache-folder but not in it's original place system32\wbem. My current workaround is to copy the file from dllcache to wbem in GUIRunOnce before apps are installed but that isn't the kind of resolving a problem i prefer. So what can be the real cause for this issue?
  10. this can be achieved much more easy by using ASSOC .nfo=txtfile in a batchfile. just a note - nothing against your tweak
  11. try to use $OEM$\$Progs$\ for that. details in the unattended guide.
  12. how about copying the second batchfile into the startup-folder of the startmenu? just let the batch delete itself when its finished to prevent loading it again and again you start the system.
  13. i wonder myself why IE and OE shortcuts cannot be deleted. they are somehow protected. trying to move them doesnt work either.
  14. yeah the things mentioned above are exactly that. but why are you attaching an image in a .doc?
  15. you just have to execute a batchfile in GuiRunOnce. there you can use the batch-commands for removing files, directories, creating files and directories and so on.
  16. just copy over the files and start the exe.
  17. that wont work as the file type is shown as winrar archive then but it wont open up with winrar. at least this was the case for me.
  18. thats what i call a great tip on a medi-pro software board just kidding
  19. the xxxAccess things (IEAccess and so on) arent switches for the programs but for their shortcuts in startmenu, quicklaunch etc.
  20. http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=8341 have a look at this thread and use the search function before opening a new thread for problems that were discussed already.
  21. this is the cmd i used in my cleanup-batch: RD /S /Q %systemdrive%\Ý\ no special ascii encoding needed. but as i mentioned above, i now use quicktime alternative from megacodecpack.com
  22. i had the same thing here but did not find out which installation created it. i always deleted the folder via my cleanup commandbatch but now i use quicktime alternative.
