Does your video card have 2 VGA or DPI outputs? If it does then you may want to just update your drivers. If not look at upgrading your AGP card to one that does. What ever you want to do will work. For what you are charged by the ISP you can pay for the modem in less than a year as a rule.

Have you tried changing to another channel? You could be getting interference from another device that is close by.
