LTSB "users" get the same old stability and comforting with not upgrading each few months for high price non-LTSB users same old price and no windows 7 stability and lots of upgrades threw the years. Users with non-OEM hardware will have to use pirated windows because few months of upgrades will not be stable for their hardware.

Im on server pv5 for a 2 months with Task Scheduler off, and most services also it doesn't seems to be important, from here... it restart fast boot fast, no hick-ups while recording video i like it as it is, didn't encounte a problem that made me change it back and process / handles is low, heard too many people saying windows 10 is not stable due lunching jobs secretly / while pc not idle also there service call "system diagnosis..." that cause the system run performance test each time system is boot check with resource monitor, also i like windows 10 tamed as possible due forcely policy ms applying lately ms trying to resell their product with more and more features no one want or need forcely making scrabble code just make it hard to fix and secure for nothing ,im done with it

Hey, fmo from win7 it doesn't worth upgrading, mb for a bit its not like the change from win95 to winxp its better then win8.1 from tablet pov So its OK to upgrade [not bad enuf to ban it, and not good enuf to recommended it] but there few issues: like updates, drivers, telemetry which can be solved if u got the time Im using server tp5 14291 with disabling telemetry to improve performance also adminuser method to avoid malware, so i don't need updates so much didn't have problem with drivers tho LTSB edition is too "old" - 10240 build number but RS1 LTSB might be soon wait for it its should be better, more finished product

any DVD media doing this ? might relate to dirt on media or dvdreader is faulty or cable is not connection well

Great topic after trying to make windows 10 lite as i like i conclude that i need server Now I'm running server 2008 r2 come with nothing installed by default explorer handles around 530 / win7 - 900 / win10 - 1500 very basic OS that works great, server 2016 will be the same model Microsoft forgot big community of power users, that don't need those useless components

Disable Keylogger / Telemetry v3 - Windows 10 might help
