Ok, Ive tried alot of them and right now have 4 different scripts installed. I though tracer was doing good but seems to not want to work on irc server for being a bot and uploading *shareware* to others. Does anyone recommend a script that is flawless in setting a bot up for serving. Easy.....I loved the Invision interface and thought tracer was cool but just doesnt want to fly.....Tracer started to work fine but then just stoped for some reason. And before any of you asses start yelling "Its your router"..I dont have it on and no its not my connection! -XPerties

[b:2e274debb5]paladin[/b:2e274debb5] - It depends on what your burning. Each one severs it purpose....Fireburner is used alot for bin&cue files, I use CloneCD, Fireburner, nero, and the built in XP burner. Its all about what your burning. -XPerties

I went with DSL because they were reliable and Im now running a connection speed that is = to a T1. tRUST ME GOING BACK TO CABLE FOR ME WOULD BE LIKE GOING BACK TO 28.8 DIAL UP. Thanks anyways! And as far as FTP just run a dns2go and youll never have to worrie about that. I would rather my IP change all the time and not stay the same. Thats exzactly what I did......and thats where Im at. I can connect but my promblem lys in the bootup looking for a connection....(programs...dns2go, messenger, I think thats it. ) Im going to try to disable them and see if this will help. -XPerties

Modem is a Efficient Networks Inc. Speedstream DSL Modem. My provider is Epix.net (also know as Jackflash)..........and whats OA/OE? OK....all my peeps its time to help me. This is the sitution: Transfered over to a high end DSL connection from cable. Now they had me add a new net work with there settings and placed a icon on my desktop. Now to connect to them I have to double click this icon and it connects. The promblem is when you boot XP its looking for a connection so I went from about 25sec of booting to now around 3-4 min becuase it doesnt have a connection. I asked thme about DSL suppose to be [b:990473c838]ON ALL THE TIME[/b:990473c838] and they said thats correct but they cant help me because there dum asses and dont 100% support XP. So anyone have any suggestion where I will atomatically connect during boot up? -XPerties

Not wanting to sound like a smart a** but is it your IP or close to it. Iknow a few have had blocks from IP that actually were theres. ZA caused alot of promblems for me, dammm cant find a good firewall. -XPerties

Try setting your rate to 75 which is a great rate BTW. Games shouldnt run that high anyways. Youll get better preformance if you lower it. -XPerties

First of all you need to get all of the following: A trojan detector called [b:c92f9a487d]The cleaner[/b:c92f9a487d] [b:c92f9a487d]Nortan Systemworks[/b:c92f9a487d] (I prefer becuase it finds so many errors and promblems with broken links and shortcuts, not to mention it has a defrage that seems to do a much better job than the built in one, on top of that it contains Nortan antivirus which is another thing you need) You need to run "The cleaner first" (update the def fiorst) and run it on your entire system. I believe youll find something you dont want. After that run NAV, then get [b:c92f9a487d]addaware[/b:c92f9a487d] and run that. Sounds like your system is bugged and you need to spend a day and unbugg it.If you need any help with getting these files Let me know through a PM. -XPerties

Have you tried to delete them from the device manager and reboot?Sometimes it seems these upadtes on windowsupdate are causing more promblems than before. -XPerties
