After having downloaded both of them however it's actually 242kbps (H.264) and 488kbps (VP9). I normally always watch the VP9 stream, so I wasn't expecting such a big difference. P.s. Yes. As you can see in the screenshots, the menu bar has already been enabled. The File, Edit etc. menu is located at the top left of the window.
