It has therefore been forgotten again due to a general lack of interest as usual. What I personally don't like about this manufacturer is the homepage, which is apparently only available in Chinese. And even the downloadable manuals are only in Chinese. Online translators still have problems with Chinese. Google translated Huorong as Tinder. On purpose or by chance? I do not hope Huorong is Tinder related. And the few tests that I have briefly looked through are not particularly positive either. Except for the fact that it is compatible with Windows XP, which is of course great. Long story short. What about storage space, RAM utilisation, processor load and detection rates?

Of course, it is compatible with Windows XP (and most probably also with Windows Vista, at least it is listed to be compatible with Vista). It's been a long time when I used Comodo Firewall. If I remember correctly, I stopped using it at the version 5. Which version introduced the modernised UI you don't like? BTW and AFAIK, Comodo Firewall 8.4.0.5165 was the last properly working version in Windows XP.

You're welcome. I only picked installers of version 6.x as I was of the impression you'd prefer the version 6. But other versions are also still available.

As you may have seen in the Thorium thread regarding my issue with sudden crashes, finding the cause of an issue can lead to an odyssey. But maybe, you try a clean unistall and then a reinstall of the Comodo Firewall. In some cases, it really helps. And don't forget to backup your firewall settings first!

Thanks! I'm a bit better today. So what's the progress? 368.81, I never had any good experience with it. It's heavily tweaked for Pascal cards under Win10, leaving older generations falling far behind due to the lack of optimizations, there's a lot videos about that. Try something 355.xx.
