I really don't care how the steak is cooked. I'll probably eat it anyway, unless I'm in a foreign country that is under threat from mad cow disease (Japan inspects 100% of all beef before letting it into the market. I'm quite surprised that that's possible).

like burnt (hate it when they bring a rare when I specificly tell them to bring burnt, very well done **** it!) (and have to wait for another 30 min to get it burned :) )
