if the question is for me here is how I have done it

i used a theme that i don't know where i got it (i think that the name is tribute and it has a nice car as a background)

use a nice Sephiroth wallpaper (my favourite video games character)

used Yz Dock

for shadows Y'z Shadow

and LClock

put taskbar on top nd it's ready
