For simple screen capture tasks, I would recommend SnagIt.

Here's a list and review of most of the good screen capture software.

I've used both SnagIt and HyperSnap DX and HyperSnap wins by quite a bit. HyperSnap has a more easy-going installer as well. SnagIt comes with a bit too much integration for what the program is essentially supposed to be. That's just me. Choose for yourself.

about that Neoshooter app i mentioned above, it demands to be installed the first time, but ive copied the installation folder to other machines and it works fine.

I saw another free screnshot app not mentioned here, that was lighter on memory than Neoshooter, but it lacked too many features.
