[Release] Custom setup.exe's

I had some spare time this morning so I figured I would reshack my setup.exe , I make a lunar element one

HERE a while back. enjoy 4 new styles

I think almulder used some other software to make his setup.exe , I'll PM him when i have more time as im off on vacation for a few days
