@Vinca:

"I've Got the Power", by Snap, is a timeless classic.

I never get tired of hearing it.

Every time I hear it, it increases my funky-in-your-face-attitude quotient by 40 points.

Now, I'm listening to "You're O.K.", by Ottawan, the duo who absolutely rules my disco-happy-but-confused universe.

@Vinca:

Since I saw your Slick I.d.i.o.t. post, I've been listening-to/watching a bunch of their YouTube videos.

Love the group.

The music is great and the videos are always in-you-face funny.

What I like best, though, are the graphics in their videos.

They give me a whole lot of ideas to incorporate into my paintings.

Thanks again,

Larry

One of the early singles featuring Jeff Beck on guitar (1965). One of the finest British bands of the 60's

An oldie but a goodie, "CREEP", by an amazing girl/woman trio, TLC.

They be TWERKING in this video.

BTW, TLC taught bphlpt and jaclaz how to TWERK, and they became so proficient at it, that they briefly thought of teaming up and touring the world dancin' the TWERK.

But they nixxed that plan, and decided, instead, to *waste an inordinate amount of time* making posts on msfn.org.

Oops, got distracted and my trane of thought fell off the bridge.

Here be the video:
