XPero
XPize is a resources transformation pack for Windows. It replaces most of the non-XP icons, avis and bmps that Microsoft has always overlooked. The installer simply automates the process of replacing resources in critical system files, making your XP's look better. XPize is compatible with Windows XP, 2003 and MCE Editions. The installer also comes with an Updater, which you can use after visiting Windows Update.XPize uAE has been optimized for unattended installations.Silent switch: /S (this switch is case sensitive)Example:ECHO.ECHO Installing XPize uAEECHO Please wait...start /wait %systemdrive%\Install\XPize\XPize.exe /SYou can also create an XPized Windows CD using the I386 Patching Feature, which also has silent switches support. Example:xpize.exe /S /mode=i386 /source=C:\XPCD\I386 /dest=C:\Users\XPero\Desktopor (in the case that the path has spaces, you need to surround the switch with " ")xpize.exe /S /mode=i386 /source=C:\XPCD\I386 "/dest=C:\Many Users\XPero Rulez\Desktop"Note 1: The order of the switches is not relevant. Note 2: /source and /dest are only available when used with /mode=i386Note 3: All the switches can be used in the normal way (not silent). They will change the default values.Note 4: /mode switch supports this two values: i386 (i386 patching) or normalWhat's New in 1.2:Files:- Added msident.dll- Added stobject.dll- Added tapiui.dll- Added msiexec.exe- Added irclass.dll- Added clipsrv.exeResources:- Modified icon 10 in setupapi.dll- Modified icon 20 in setupapi.dll- Added icon 25 in setupapi.dll - Added bitmap 147 in shell32.dll - Added bitmap 149 in shell32.dll - Added bitmap 4412 in netplwiz.dll - Added bitmap 4413 in netplwiz.dll - Removed icon 159 in setupapi.dllI386 Patching: - Added silent switches (this means that nLite support will now be possible) - Added ModifyPE - Added LZX compression - Added output folder optionOther: Removed unused code and toolsDownloadMirror 1 (thanks to flyakite)Download @ DevARTEnjoy Edited July 3, 2005 by XPero
