plz help me to select anti spy to protect my PC

Microsoft antispy beta isnt too horrible

but personally this is what i use.. havent gotten spyware in 2yrs

Spyware blaster

Opera Browser (replace internet explorer with this)

Adaware SE (if u have spyware)

i would say go for microsoft antispyware, it is free and it will stay free and it's one of the best around

Use Firefox or Opera. Do not use IE.

Microsoft's Anit-spyware program is a very good program. I used to use Ad-aware SE and Spybot S&D, but now Micorsoft's program does the job. And yes, use a different browser - I recommend Firefox.

If think that you pc is infected with spywares, I prefer you run MS Antispyware in conjunction with Ad-aware & Spybot search & destroy.

but if you want to be protected from spywares, create a limited privilege account, update your OS, use a good antivirus, create disk & registry backups.

by the way...MS antispyware is NOT free...tht's only while its in beta.....you will need to sign up to receive spyware definitions after the beta period is over.

ms antispyware has replaced all the spyware tools i used to use (or carry around in my usb drive!) the beta is still free and works perfectly. I read somewhere that they might keep it free even when it's released.

And for those who keep on saying "use firefox or opera", cry me a river! Some people just gotta learn how to surf smart! hmmm...there lies the problem...smart!!
