That setting is not supposed to affect WEB SITES.

It's intended to change the size of fonts used in 360Chrome MENUS.

This is why I requested a PICTURE, to avoid all confusion in the first place.

YES, you were right! I was wrong, it's ZOOM feature, which change the website pages zooming...sorry!
Zoom button is on the bottom of the page, on the right. I changed its position to 120%, and finally everything is good to read for me...sorry again!

For reference.

Rebased 13.5 build 2020 versus rebased 13.5 build 1030 versus rebased 13.0 build 2170.

Intel Core2 Quad Q6700 @ 2.66 GHz with 3.24 GB available RAM.

So what I see, 13.5 build 1030 is the fastest of these three builds: its first run goes 12.5114 seconds in your test.
First run of mine goes 16 seconds.
First run of 360Chrome 13.5.2022r3reg also goes 16 seconds here, in my win32/1728 MHz Intel Core 2 Duo E 6300 machine very bad...

You cannot install extensions via Chrome Web Store but there are BETTER ways to install extensions anyway.

Can you please tell me how I can install the following addons:
fontreplacer: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fontreplacer/nmmebpeglcpohgnekbekdjkpipmpajfj

Kee - Password Manager: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kee-password-manager/mmhlniccooihdimnnjhamobppdhaolme

uBlock Origin: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm

With the other versions, it always worked when I installed Chromium Web Store manually.

Correct.

I've "accepted" the trade-off of correctly-allocated RAM over launch time (at least for now!).

Absolutely.

I'll post a small tutorial in Post #2 of this thread and will report back once I've created it.
