Above is the Windows 7 command bar and its icons seem to be incorrectly placed FOR ME since I patched some windows DLLs.
At the past the text was aligned correctly but the icons at the right were wrong due to an icon DLL patches I did and I could've lived with it.
Now the text is merged into the icons.
I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but what are the files responsible for the icons of the windows command bar?
That I can maybe patch to default and restore the look?

The icons of the command bar appeared because you installed Rectify11. And yeah, Rectify11 with StartAllBack seems to cause some issues, the misalignment, like you said. Also, the New tab button has wrong icon, and preview pane icon disappears, and its button is also misaligned.

Yeah I did. This is why I mentioned I patched dlls. Rectify11 patches dlls and if I know what dll was patched to cause those messed up icons and to revert it

No it is no longer supported. The taskbar has been rewritten for 24H2 due to Microsoft's removal and neither SAB nor Explorer Patcher support this any longer.

So is it possible to suggest a feature from 7+TT? I barely miss the function to cycle trough grouped taskbar items with left mouseclick ...

Hi @Tihiy

I've issue with some apps (like Discord) not listed in alt tab after window restored from systray.

It happens when enhanced classic taskbar is enabled. No issue if I disable it and restart explorer or Windows (to be sure that's not an explorer issue), so not an app/explorer bug with native taskbar.

Tested on 2 pcs, also after a fresh Windows 11 install (23H2, 22631.4037, SAB 3.8.4).

Also, since I disabled enhanced classic taskbar to find the cause previous of the issue, I noticed that native Windows taskbar doesn't stay on top if I hit Win key on a fullscreen windowed app, but start menu is visible.

Can you check these please?

Thanks!

That's LastActiveClick not 7TT feature.

Edit: found a way to reproduce

It seems to happen when an app appears above/below the one that gets stuck.

At least it's an option within 7+TT

Now SAB replaced all other functionality in 7++ except one: I'm not able to reorder tabs withing a group.
e.g. I have 10 Firefox windows and want to reorder them, how can I do it?
Please bring back this feature.

Also I like to have always the list of titles when I hover a group, not showing any preview images.

Thanks for the registry hint. This works perfectly.
The drag and drop is working with the title list.
Perhaps you could implement it in the taskbar also while holding the SHIFT or ALT key.
Thank you very much.

One more feature request. I don't know if it's possible at all.
If Explorer is restarted or it crashed, all taskbar programs get shuffled and I need to sort the apps and the order within the apps again.
Would it be possible to restore the last state before Explorer got restarted?

Using Java 21 JDK Version: https://www.azul.com/downloads/#zulu

I need more guidance how to set this up

Don't restart Explorer

When I update software like SAB or other apps, they all restart Explorer.
I don't do it out of fun.

1. Install PrismLauncher:https://prismlauncher.org/download/?from=button
2. Install Java 21:https://www.azul.com/downloads/?version=java-21-lts&os=windows&architecture=x86-64-bit&package=jdk#zulu
3. Open the launcher and click Add Instance after setting it up.
Java Settings Click to install the Java 21 path

4. Start the game

The current situation is that he will not display the icon
Sometimes there is a small chance that the icon will be displayed, but usually it will not be displayed.

I don't know if it's a Windows bug or SAB.
When you have 20 open windows from one software like Firefox and you hover over the first window to get the list of open windows,
the list is not where your mouse is but in the middle of the group. So you need to move the mouse over the taskbar to get to the list.
Can you reposition the location of the list to where the mouse is?
