I have a strange question. When I scroll to the top or bottom in Explorer the whole windows moves up/down.
Never seen this before. Is this a Windows 11 thing or what causes it, and how to disable it :-)

It's definitely not a Win11 thing, can u record a screen while this happens?

I'm trying to make a new taskbar icon for the start menu. I can see where to add one but trying different file sizes and types (pngs, svgs) results in an error or the icon is incorrectly displayed.
Can you help with the requirements/formatting for a PNG or SVG?

With 3.9.13, the address and search bar is wider (W10 explorer), please fix it

Seems like it is a thing that can happend when you use the pad on the laptop for scrolling (or a touch screen).
It is controlled by this registrry entry:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Wisp\Touch]
"Bouncing"=dword:00000000

A value of 0 prevents the windows from "shaking" when you scroll to the end.

You use compact mode and modified msstyles?

the word "second" here should be translated to 秒,not 第二个。

Yes compact mode and custom theme, but nothing changed in the theme for that

Thanks

EDIT: Indeed, with the default theme, it's fine
Strange because SAB has no impact on the custom theme with 3.9.12 and address / search bar (not the rounded corners with a custom theme, for example)
