NoelC Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I'm betting on 10240. I suspect Microsoft internally built the released version 10240, two days ago, incremented up to 10500 to start on the next work, post release. My money, for the English US build, is on: 10240.16384.150709-1700.th1_CLIENTPRO_RET_x64fre_en-us.esd -Noel 1

Judging from:https://buildfeed.net/ A 10.0.10240.0 (private) was compiled AFTER 10240.16384 (and this should mean something on how well synchronized is the builds numbering mechanism ) , so, not completely surprisingly, build 10.0.10400 could still be a good candidate, and we still have some 2 full weeks before the deadline.... jaclaz
NoelC Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Never underestimate what patches they could push out with Windows Update right after the big download. Maybe even with it if you're slow to jump on the bandwagon. I'd already have bought you a beer long ago if we were on the same side of the world. -Noel

Tripredacus Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 10240 is what I am seeing being reported online. Such as here: http://www.theverge.com/2015/7/15/8950481/microsoft-windows-10-rtm-date I haven't seen the DL yet.
dencorso Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 May I presume that, in the case of Windows 10, RTM == GA == RTW ?
Tripredacus Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 AFAIK, GA and RTM are still different. I don't know about how that GWX thing works into it but I thought it said that those upgrades wouldn't happen until July 28.
