  1. I know... Site is offline... Santy Working on it ATM... Someone has told me how to restore my database (wasn't working at first) the correct way... (I DID import the database correctly, but due to some MySQL table structure changes I didn't know about: lots of trouble...)
  2. Yes, the DriverPacks BASE. But as my main site (the IntegraMOD forums) are down for now, you cannot download it. Add me to your MSN and I'll send it to you. And indeed, I just noticed it was working again. And yesterday it DIDN'T work??? This is really strange.... :s
  3. WTF A couple of hours ago it worked just fine.. :s EDIT: re-uploaded it three times (!), but still not working :o Now THIS is strange...
  4. At the moment I've added 113 drivers, from A to L (Linksys, almost done). Uncompressed this is 69.9 MB of drivers, compressed only 7.9 MB! I'll keep you updated!
  5. Because I need the earnings I make with the ads... Sorry, didn't know the download.php was hit as well... It's fixed now. You can use the link above. I will add some static pages again, because it seems I can't get the database restored :'(....
  6. Indeed. And today I have VERY little time to solve it, but I think I know how to restore my database now at last... But the DriverPack MassStorage is still available for download, right here
  7. Thank you for the information. I see that I didn't include 'SiS' in the list on the first page, but I had already downloaded their drivers, so was going to add them anyway And now for sure
  8. Update: added 69 drivers in total so far! I'm working alphabetically, each manufacturer on the list on the first page... And these 69 drivers include only everything from A to D-Link... Alot of work still to do... I think I'll add another method or change Method 1 as well. EDIT: added the list of controllers already supported
  9. Just wanted to let you guys know... that I've really started working on DriverPack WLAN. I'm not halfway yet and I've already integrated 33 different drivers, with support for at least over 60 controllers already! Unfortunately there's also some bad news. Those who are subscribed to my RSS feed, will know that my site has been defaced by a worm that uses a security leak in phpBB2.0.10. Luckily, I've made a back-up of everything just a couple of hours before it was hacked. (in fact it was to upgrade phpBB, but I didn't have the time... oh irony...) Now I'm having trouble to restore the database... Anyone outthere who knows alot of IntegraMOD/phpBB and is willing to help? Add me to your MSN or ICQ, look in my profile.
  10. Probably the registry Use regshot/regsnap to find the settings!
  11. OR you have to connect the monitor to the onboard video while installing Windows. (Unless that's the not working one...)
  12. Working on it
  13. :o Now this is odd!
  14. You're not the one to invent this method. I've come up with things like that months ago, and I was not the first one either... There are soooo many methods you can combine, you can't call every variant a method... But as you said, the disadvantage of this method is that if you have too many driver files to be extracted, it will take too long and not all required drivers may be installed... That's why I linked to Pyron's method, he fixed that! You can read more about it in the link I posted 2 posts above.
  15. I'm afraid you're the first one to say this... And personally I think you've accidentally deleted some file, couldn't that be possible?
  16. This is impossible. 99% chance you've bought a nVidia or ATI graphics card, and both (and many more) support a basic driver. This basic driver is ALWAYS used when you want to install Windows! So the problem must lie somewhere else: or the cable isn't working anymore, or the monitor is broken, or the graphics card isn't installed correctly...
  17. Hmmm... I guess I've confused 2 drivers... Indeed they are NOT in the driver's .inf file... I looked in the other files as well, but couldn't find it. Probably it's coded in one of the .ini files, which are not readable by a regular notepad... I think the best way to pre-set the volume etc. is the following: 1. download regshot/regsnap 2. make a snapshot of registry when you've set all your settings to something you DON'T want 3. set your settings CORRECT and take again a snapshot of your registry 4. let regshot/regsnap compare them, do a little bit of research within the results and you'll have what you need. Unless of course.... Creative sets the settings not in the registry...
  18. I'd refer you to Pyron's method. In short: it starts a fake setup, decompresses drivers, installs them, and starts the real setup! Please take a look in the Sticky at the top. EDIT: here's the link
  19. In the driver's .inf file
  20. Automated of course. Could you give me an example for both? I'm afraid I don't have an example... But I do think you can entirely disable the Hardware Detection Wizard in Windows XP by disabling the Plug and Play service... You can try that, it won't mess up your system either
  21. It's impossible to choose the hardware you'd like to emulate! I wish you could choose... Would be alot easier...
  22. My DriverPack MassStorage didn't work for you? Didn't know VIA sata driver didn't work...
  23. Eh... the obvious? Just click cancel... Or do you want to automate the cancel? Or disable hardware detection?
  24. Oh I thought you were talking about hardware detection during setup... You can cancel the hardware detection setup and start the InstallShield installer AFTER you've cancelled it. That should work...
  25. These drivers are already supported by my DriverPack MassStorage!
