REQ | updated: Sigmatel 9220/9221/9223: 5.10.4866 Additional Files
Done. Are you sure manual installation is required? Are you sure the driver doesn't install the control panel by default, on its own? Since there seem to be the necessary in the .INI files to install the control panels automatically... If you're sure it won't work automatically, I need to know one more thing before I can automate the installation of the control panel: the location of the following files: sstray.exestlang.dll(which is probably %SystemRoot%\system32)

PROB | cl.exe error after install w/ Creative Audigy 2 ZS
This is the first time that I've seen this error :s Maybe it's solved in DriverPack Sound A V6.03 (which is about to be released), in which the Audigy 2 ZS driver has been updated. Please let me know.

REQ | new: SoundMAX eMachines
It's just another missing AD SoundMAX driver - that's been a while . The driver you linked to will be added in the next update of DriverPack Sound B (very soon online) and your problem will be solved then! UPDATE Manual extract doesn't work: it's a custom setup that only extracts its file if a matching device is found. Could you please send me the driver? You can find my e-mail address in my profile.

PROB | "Please insert Microsoft UAA High Definition Audio disc #1
It should indeed work just fine. And AFAIK the KB888111 hotfix is language-independent, which means it should work just fine on your UWXPCD too! I hope starting from scratch will solve the problem for you!

DriverPack MassStorage V6.02.1
@offline_thk & zorro1: I've included the newest driver (01/12/2006, 1.0.56.0) and the older ATI driver, to achieve the greatest compatibility possible. It should work just fine and if it doesn't, it's caused by the new driver itself. Are there others who can confirm this issue?

PROB | .sys files didn't get CABbed
Sorry for the late reply. The cause is obvious: NONE of the mass storage .sys files got CABbed. Please reapply the DriverPacks BASE. After that check the I386 directory for any .sys file that should have been CABbed there, let's take nvraid.sys as the test. Please let me know if it failed again. P.S.: are you using an XPized system? P.S.II: no, that is NOT normal

PROB | Promise Fasttrak 378 w/ ASUS A8V Deluxe
So the driver DID get installed AND you got a yellow exclamation mark? Your HWID is assigned to the correct driver: that's not the problem. I won't include your older driver: this one should work too! Could you please do a manual reinstall of the driver, choose advanced and then select the driver in D\M\P\2 (that's the driver that got installed automatically). Then let me know if it then works correctly.

PROB | DFI LanParty II w/ onboard SiI 3114 not installed
Hmm.... There's not much left but the direction 5eraph went: there must be some kind of driver conflict, OR it just doesn't work at all (which is not the case, since it did work for you from a vanilla UWXPCD). That leaves one major question: have you slipstreamed a SiI3114® driver into your UWXPCD using nLite?

ATI Catalyst with CP / CCC ?
Please let me know... so I can implement the users' choice in the next update! P.S.: if you didn't know yet, apparently ATI still offers the Catalyst drivers with the original control panel!

MISC | community-driven-public-CVS DriverPacks?
You pretend like the DriverPacks are a HUGE project, well let me tell you that it's relatively big, but CERTAINLY NOT that big.

PROB | BSOD
The DriverPacks (the .7z files) are NOT INSIDE the 'DriverPacks' directory on the screenshot... they're one level higher than it... Unless they are ALSO in the 'DriverPacks' directory, then it's ok. I need the exact BSOD code. P.S.: you've already opened another topic regarding the updating of the DriverPacks BASE and you've got a reply to it over there. Next time please don't start a new topic for that, please await a reply here

Samung X05 Laptop (with Intel 855GM Chipset)
Before going into further details, I'd like to know if the modem and audio (both with seemingly incorrectly installed drivers) do function properly or not? I understand the Synaptics TouchPad does NOT function correctly.

Please slipstream again. It will only take a few minutes (certainly if you're using method 2). Question answered, topic closed.

RSS feed isnt working
Please enter the URI you mentioned in the first post in your browser. Then do a search for 'V6.03' and you'll find several occurrences. My guess is that Thunderbird isn't updating correctly somehow...

PROB | Monitor loses image sync during install
Does that monitor support 64x480 & 800x600? Since that's the resolutions setup uses during some parts, if I remember well.
