It's not the bug with the pack or nLite, it's the way you do it, when someone finds what exact combination that is I will put some sort of detection and warn you. Do you maybe do it like integrate IE7 then restart nLite (or use third party tool) and integrate RVM pack? That would cause some serious problems because RVM pack has IE6 updates in it, not IE7. But when done in a way RVM first then IE7 or both at the same time in nLite then it's fine.

You disabled every single network related thing in the tweaks. I would recommend that you restart from the clean installation and unselect all Network tweaks, that would be a good start. And use nLite 1.3 rc2, your preset is 1.0.

If I got you right and it's something only happening on the certain resolution then rest assured it's not nLite. Uninstall your vga driver, reboot and install newest official you can find, that may help. Also reinstall DirectX SDK Runtime monthly release.

I thought so too before that it's one of the crucial services but in essence it's main point is WMI classes, that's useful in lets say CPU/Memory information, for example I miss CPU utilization bar in the Speedfan program, but the program works and I use it every day. Windows Firewall needs it, but it's also the only Firewall which needs it and it's closest thing to no firewall. DHCP service needed it before or I remembered it wrong because some user said to me that it doesn't need it (any more?). Or the removal removed the dependency string from the reg... Windows built-in Internet Connection Sharing needs it, and that's the only thing which can make me keep the service, but I got the router with the WAN port so no reason any more. One more thing which people seem not to get...you can remove all components and the majority of programs would work just fine. Keep IE Core and DirectX and you're almost completely safe from reinstall. Then when you get some error popup or missing functionality you see what it needs then write it down, that day try all your usual programs, see what else is needed and then reinstall, but of course you have to be into all that backup important data stuff or you'll be sorry.

billmn, You didn't integrate any textmode drivers, do you know what is that? Mine looks like this in the preset under [drivers]: e:\Install\Drivers\ICH8\Driver\iaahci.inf,iaAHCI_ICH8R e:\Install\Drivers\ICH8\Driver\iaahci.inf,iaStor_ICH8R So download the Intel Matrix Storage (iata621_enu.exe) run it, go in your temp folder files and find it extracted (it will have Driver and Driver64 folders in it). Integrate Driver folder for 32bit, you'll get a popup, select all and press ok. thenapking, I don't see any textmode drivers integrated in your preset either.
