nuhi just released 1.3. All but 3 updates are working (KB928090, KB920213, and KB920342), but installing 3 update manually isn't that bad.

Nuhi, After running the disc that now boots correctly without using nLite to integrate KB931836, the following additional updates are not integrating successfully (they still show in Microsoft Update after nLite integrates them): KB924667 **new update not integrating KB928090 **new update not integrating KB920213 **sited above KB925876 **new failure KB920342 **new failure

KB922760 is replaced by KB925454 which is replaced by KB928090. KB926239 tells you to install Media Player 11 if you are experiencing the problem described. KB928388 is replaced by KB931836 I don't know about the other two.

If you run the update with the /integrate option after nLite, Setup doesn't crash.

KB928843, KB926436, and KB918118 don't appear problematic either. I suspect it is KB931836 (DST update) because the point at which setup is failing, it is trying to load registry hives. Since the DST update is the only update to affect the registry, I suspect an integration problem with nLite and this update. I am currently running a test with all updates except for KB931836.

KB928255 and KB924667 don't appear problematic either.

I'm currently working on trying to figure out which update(s) is/are causing the error. So far, I've determined that it is not a problem with KB928090 and KB927779.

This is my latest attempt. I removed the superceded/replaced updates and sorted by Build Date. LAST_SESSION.INI

Ok, new problem now... As you probably know, new updates came out recently. For XP SP2, they were KB927802, KB924667, KB92779, KB918118, KB926436, KB931836, KB928255, and KB928843. I added this to my list of integrated. Now when I run through nLite, I get a setup error after phase 1 copies all the files: I then tried researching every update that I was integrating to ensure I wasn't integrating any updates that were superceded/replaced. I found a couple and removed them: KB890046, KB911567, KB920214, KB921398, KB921883, KB922616, KB925454, and KB928388. Re-ran nLite and still get the same error. I've tried many times to change the order in which nLite integrates the updates: 1. Sort by build date - same error 2. Sort by name - same error 3. Sort by name in reverse - completes setup phase 1, but fails to load setup phase 2 due to "low virtual memory." Any ideas!? I'm out of them. HELP!

Well, I tried moving the updates to the bottom of the list in the order below and 925454 was successfully integrated, but the 920xxx updates weren't. I'll try integrating only those three later unless you have some other ideas. KB920213 KB920342 KB925454

I'll have to check if the updates in question require the other integrated updates as prerequisites. I guess the first question to ask is have you successfully integrated the updates in question with nLite and seen them not listed under Windows Update?
