  1. nLite never removes it. It was either bad installations files from the start or some addon or custom file removal removed eula.txt file.
  2. Thanks for the compliment but the thing you're trying to do is not ok, you need the Vista driver to integrate into Vista. Some drivers from XP will work but integrating part of the XP installation...no.
  3. Well lets not say faster (if you ment on the speed of solving this issue) but it should be a must. Why I'm not that hyped to do this patch...well the thing is I don't really see why people with less than 512RAM want to install Vista anyway? Just to see and remove it? Only for internet?
  4. I don't think vLite can do that, did you lose any of the real data or it was just a bogus screen? Those comments there are exaggerated, it's not like someone died if something went wrong. If they want to buy another GB of ram because MS decided so I don't care just don't sell that propaganda to me.
  5. It will go better but still you could want to wait for more removals, services especially, or disable them manually after install.
  6. No, you'll miss that extra RAM which you have in XP and the CPU is slow for Vista as well.

    Language bar missing?

Try with Task Scheduler kept, the user named Aviv just told me that when he disabled Task Scheduler he had that problem. Let me know how it goes.
  8. dcyphure, they mean the 512MB requirement to install Vista, with this patch it should be 256. I didn't tested it nor it's mine so be careful.

    0xc000000f Error

Thx vim, I already sent him the fixed vLite.
  10. You can remove all except Component Cache and it won't get unstable.
  11. antonio_king, he could be referring to the unplanned baby, or just a person like you said...anyway lets just not discuss about the release dates, I just passed 2 exams, yahoo!...I'll reward us all with the new features this time next year
  12. No harm done, I'm not that fragile Without your feedback I would end up just removing components.
  13. Very good, but I don't consider it a priority (also it's not clearly visible with a big sign Turn Off) so if you find the tweak let me know and it's done. Without Unattended that is.
  14. Do you have a full Framework 2 installed? Also please post a link to that exact driver so that I can try it.
  15. reputation, as they said it kills the fun and I like the freedom to do whatever feels right at the moment. But if I'll throw a wild guess there is still much to do before calling it a final 1.0, so since majority expects it to become more like nlite we'll have to wait a few (hundred?) months. iwod, that's an understatement.
  16. Tried only IE7 on XPHome SP2 clean, [Tasks] Unattended Setup Hotfixes and Update Packs Create a Bootable ISO All fine...
  17. Consider it like an Service Pack slipstreaming before install.
  18. Mama mia so much addons, some of them could be at fault...also I see you first integrate IE7 Hotfixes then the IE7 itself, sort that better, it's important.
  19. Just to put some kind of conclusion on this once more: WMP integrator (or any other kind of integrator put here), then nLite, then Driver Packs.
  20. Used the XP64 (No programs installed).ini Check the CABs.
  21. Have you tried adding IE7 to nLite? For wmp11 try http://boooggyaddons.xable.net/wmpslip.php
  22. It is planned of course, give it some time, at least there isn't too much fixes for now.
  23. You would have to pickup all the files accompanying that INF file. Maybe I missed it but why don't you integrate the nVidia official newest driver, it should work better than the WDDM.
  24. No it won't, or should I say shouldn't because even the Removing Components shouldn't be highlighted in the process...are you sure it was? It will be there but only gray.
  25. Bad news, I tried your XP64 (No programs installed).ini preset and it worked just fine :\ I do believe you and I see you have done some testing but it's something else in conjuction with this preset. It could be the dredded corrupted CAB issues. Check your driver.cab and sp1.cab for corruption, for example you can use Winrar - Test option. But you say that on the other image it happens as well...maybe I need to run modifications under x64 like you did, I did it under xp sp2?
