  1. Never mind, I was fooling around with path in the js and screwed it up.... Sorry Mazin, 505 installs just fine. bonedaddy
  2. Mazin when you get a chance can you try ver 5.05, I can't get it to work... thanks bonedaddy
  3. well that was interesting. Installed latest and checked my old mdb and there are only 15 entries. the rest of them said "demo", to number 62. bonedaddy
  4. Hi eagle00789 I guess I can't merge the last mdb and the new one, since I had a number of entries in the old one. It says error because of no command 1, if I overwrite the new one. Well how about in the future will we be able to load a RunOnce.cmd and delete the dups or unwanted then save the remaining code to the database?? thanks bonedaddy
  5. well I preset my video settings (takes place @ 34min mark) using this in winnsif; QUOTE [Display] BitsPerPel=32 Xresolution=1024 YResolution=768 Vrefresh=70 and that doesn't happen and I get BSOD prior to app install. I tried raid drivers (works with oempnp...) started install ok, then BSOD. I tried one at a time, raid then video, BSOD, with either one. nVidia signed drivers, also work from oempnp... bonedaddy
  6. or if you mean the cmd do this ECHO. color 09 ECHO Installing what ever
  7. Well it doesn't matter, I need to use his newer code, much more simple. Although the js file is complicated, but the code is what we use. Well at any rate after loading and editing then saving, the v2 line is not being saved. Just thought I would let you know. THE bonedaddy
  8. best ask Mazin, it was just an example, I don't even think it's used as such any more. Mazin has cut it down to a single line now. EDIT I saw you there, it was on pg 15 about half way down.
  9. just curious if in the future we are going to be able to save the following in database? I tried to put it in the database using the method for normal but no luck, using editor I see the additonal lines are there but are not being added when asked. thanks again bonedaddy
  10. by sorting, you are talking about "move up" and move down" buttons? EDIT which would be nice
  11. @eagle00789 Hi getting better and better, but still can't add to data base, same error. also when I have "sleep 30" at the beginning of RunOnce and load and edit it is saved as "sleep 3", big diff from 30sec to 3sec. I am amazed by you program authors, you put in a great deal of work and time. Just a thanks again. I think new users to unattended will greatly benefit from works like Easy RunOnce, nLite and the winamp installs. bonedaddy oh yes I lose the last line of winamp as well.
  12. @ eagle00789 hey, same problems as BUGMAN, but also won't let me add to database, says something like"tlb can't write to read only file". also could you make it so we can make changes to program path permanent. thanks bonedaddy
  13. @ eagle00789 sorry bin off line, du to hurricane charlie, and missed the whole beginning of dev. But I see the @mazin man has been here. Looks great, going to test it today. thanks for great tool the bonedaddy
  14. very nice and when it gets the edit function it will be dynamite, thanks for the nice tool. I am looking forward to its dev. bonedaddy
  15. Well I want to thank you for all your time and effort, it's a great install and fun to watch. Good job, whats next? How about those nasty ATI drivers? ha ha! bonedaddy EDIT Or how about redoing the first page of this thread and put the best working code, or the last page, where ever is best?
  16. Yes I did that and it worked. Only I did it differently, when I saw the small window close with "close winamp" I just repeated it. WScript.Sleep(35000);//time to install Winamp WshShell.SendKeys ("%{F4}");//closing winamp WScript.Sleep(500); WshShell.SendKeys ("%{F4}");//closing Winamp thanks bonedaddy the doom is here
  17. Ok I changed the time from 45000 to 60000 and the only screen terminated is the "add to Library" that sits on top of winamp proper, winamp with library is not terminated. Should I go longer yet, say 75000, never mind I take up some more.
  18. Ok Mazin, yes and no, runonceEx from cd works. Yes if I deselect Library and no if Library is allowed to install. So to explain, no matter what I do if I choose to install Library then to get winamp to terminate I must use taskkill. If I deselect Library, then runonceEx from CD works fine just as you have it here. My guess is that extra window that opens, something about nothing in library yet, I can't remember what it said, is causing the problem, just a guess? Very clean no cmd windows, very nice. bonedaddy
  19. @ Alanoll Coolbeans man! RunOnceEx\CD works w\INI
  20. sure so you think....... no go from runOnceEx\CD. and I have tried the following; I'm sure you will put me straight
  21. oem\$$\sys32
  22. @ Alanoll can it be run from runonceEx CD? And where should ini file go?
  23. @ Mazin cool I'll add it, don't worry about the other like you said I have a working method. bonedaddy
  24. Ok dudes the QL is fixed cya
  25. fixed library position by making sure that the code is as, xmodernskin=1 xskinsetting=winamp modern EDIT sorry guys that was the playlist that the above order fixed, I don't use the library. At least until a few min. ago, I thought I would try it. they're all over the place. Playlist and library on top of main winamp.
