  1. Can you hear the POST beep? Chances are that your BIOS might have got corrupt. Clear it and see if it works.
  2. Welcome to msfn , the right place for modding windows B)
  3. Please read CAREFULLY my above post. Have you installed the latest driver for your graphics card? What is your graphics card? Unless you provide enough info, we can't help you. Please read the rules. And FYI, on the rig with specs in my signature on XP sp2 Medal of Honor runs GREAT!!! The add-ons too!
  4. Does it boot at all? Any fans spinning? Can you hear the POST beep? Have you tried with a different monitor?

  6. It is possible. It's called Internet Connection Sharing and if you right-click on the usb connection ---> properties ---> advanced you'll find a box saying something like "allow other computers to connect through this connection" or similar. Put the tick there then chose the lan connection in the drop-down box below and you're set.

  14. Welcome!
  15. Exactly what I was saying
  16. You're in the right place.
  17. Ermmmm.... Nope, I don't think you can. But maybe someone else here proves me wrong.
  18. I'd still wait until the final release is out, then slipstream it.
  19. Are you installing the driver off the cd that came with the motherboard? Try downloading the newest driver off the website of the manufacturer and see if it happens again. If you give me the make and model of the motherboard, I'll point you to the driver download page. Also, you may want to download the latest chipset driver from here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/scripts-df...ms〈=eng and the latest graphics driver (although unrelated to your problem) from here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_93.71.html.

  21. I use yammy to spy on the users at work.
  22. That's the culprit. Just delete it and see if the popups still appear.
  23. Can't log in from the frontpage. However, when logging from another page, it works ok. See attached picturte for error. Using IE7 on 2003 server r2 sp2.
