Error 404 - The web page you typed in could not be found on the internet. Telenet?? En wat bedoel je met updates niet te vinden op een andere plek? Telenet? What you mean??? "that you won't find anywhere else. (also not in the English version!)" -

Mis excusas para mi-español escrito malo sólo empecé una nueva vida aquí en España y todavía aprenderlo. and for the rest of us @GEnto, I am going to look up what the problem could be, my list is not the latest version and does not contain the latest fixes. I will do that tomorrow when I have some spare time. Its true that if you have installed DX9 or for that matter DX8 or even not have updated WMP to the latest version some fixes are not needed or obsolete. My excuses for my poor written Spanish…I just started a new life here in Spain and still learning. VV

@GEnto, I did create a spanish hotfixlist. Just use XPCreate to download your hotfixes. XPCreate will see what version you use and point you to the right list.

haha, true "wallons" is a dialect meaning other words are used so not the same as french. My mother used to speak it and it was verry funny to hear. As far as im concerned the only difference between the two is de sound/intonation we (Belgian) and they (Dutch) use. But al is based on the same dictionary "NEDERLANDS". Just look each year at the show "Het Groot Dictee der Nederlandse Taal" for example. VV Me going to concentrate on my Spanish for now. Asta luego...

My very, very small contribution… to a great project. The Spanish localized hf-list is ready for upload. This list is tested and tested thoroughly with xp pro Spanish. Congratulations GreenMachine, you made it finally. I managed to install English and Spanish with XPCreate without a problem. Last week after a long time absence to this forum I was very surprised to see the almost final version of XPCreate. ? I couldn’t resist trying it. Honest…I didn’t stop testing it till I created my two most wanted versions I guess you did not have time to sit on the beach there in France did you. Lol Go and play golf…you deserve it. Thanks… Visaversa XPCTHLST.TXT

how to copy certain 'files' to desktop?
visaversa replied to larciel's topic in Unattended Windows 2000/XP/2003
and XPLODE does the same trick copying shotrcuts... Look here -
scott, Please remove your Nero Key from your post edit: you can't use < and > on line 113 <execute display='Installing dbPowerAmp Music Converter 10...' program='%systemdrive%\Install\media\dMC.exe' arguments='<Silent>' />\ and because of that the xml file is not runned (parsed) by xplode simply remove this characters from line 113 and 114 and it wil work. A good way to check the syntax is open the file in ie explorer.

GreenMachine, Each day i see some progress in the script...good i like that. Let us now whenever it ready to test. W
-
GreenMachine, Thanks for the code...ill try it somewhere today... True, i think it’s to slow for most of people. The only reason why I choose for an optional script is to run some thing quicker by skipping things already done…but that’s a matter of opinion I guess. I do really like your script because it’s easy to see what it does in each step. Nice work… Yesterday I tried without the iis components and strangely it gave me the same error…Can’t understand why yet. Could it have to do with permissions on the system drive? Anyway I am sure we find the problem, as always it will be something simple we overlooked. Before I continue to test, I have to finish of an other project. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and time for investigating this problem. W
