He means that fat32 systems cannot handle SINGLE files that are 4+ gigs. (That has been a very long known limitation.)

If you read the reference guide fully then you would have noticed that ie8 and wmp11 DO NOT integrate properly by just adding them to the hotfixes section. You cannot simply add everything the auto downloader downloads and call it good. That app is for updating a RUNNING installation. windows live essentials is not a hotfix or even a fix at all either. Also we STILL NEED your last session file. Still no notifications here either. Plus I noticed a issue a little while ago. In this picture here the quick links highlighted are broken and have been since the "upgrade". The first one works but the others give the oops something went wrong error... As a personal note I reallly hate ipb for the sh*tty force job they did on this so called upgrade. Did you select txtmode during integration? Also just grab that file and drop it in your i386 folder before burning. Thus it will be found.
